Terms of service

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the online shop service “A.PRESSE EC STORE” (the “Service”), operated by Anthings Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

To use Service, users (“Users”) must review these Terms and agree to them.

By accessing or using the Service, users (“Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)

Article 3 (Orders and Purchases)

  1. A sales contract is formed when we accept the User’s order.
  2. Automatically generated order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of the order.
  3. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may differ in color or specifications.

Article 4 (Prices and Payment)

  1. Product prices include applicable consumption tax. Shipping fees are borne by the User.
  2. Payment methods shall be those separately specified by us.
  3. If payment cannot be confirmed, we may suspend shipment or cancel the order.

Article 5 (Delivery of Products)

  1. Products will be delivered through carriers designated by us.
  2. We may accommodate delivery date or time requests where possible, but such requests are not guaranteed.
  3. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, carrier circumstances, or other unavoidable reasons.
  4. Matters relating to shipping, including shipping conditions, available destinations, shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and other shipping-related matters, shall be governed by our Shipping Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, the User is also deemed to have agreed to our Shipping Policy.

Article 6 (Returns and Exchanges)

  1. Returns and exchanges shall be handled in accordance with our separately established Refund & Return Policy.By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Refund & Return Policy.
  2. If a product is defective or shipped incorrectly due to our responsibility, we will bear the return or reshipment shipping costs.
  3. Returns or exchanges due to User preference are generally not accepted, in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy.

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  2. Providing false information
  3. Interfering with the operation of the Service

  5. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by us based on objective supporting evidence, to be inappropriate

If Users fall under any of the items listed in the preceding paragraph, we may suspend all or part of the Users’ use of the Service or terminate the Users’ membership in the Service.

  1. The Service is operated using the platform provided by Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”).
  2. Users agree to release and hold harmless Shopify and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Service or transactions with us.

  1. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or the rightful rights holders.
  2. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify such content without prior authorization.

  3. Even if any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, such determination shall not affect the validity of any other provisions of these Terms.
